Slight customizations on existing products are free of charge. We can also do custom design according to your special requirements. Prices for custom design orders will be equivalent to similar products in our catalogue plus a 15% design fee. Please allow one to two weeks for custom design orders to be finished. Rush orders can be completed for a 20% surcharge. Please contact us for a quote in advance. A 20% deposit is required for custom orders.
Payment Options
We currently accept the following payment options:
- PayPal: Paypal is a secure way of making payment online. Click on the "Secure Checkout" button in your Paypal Shopping Cart, you will be directed step by step through checkout. Payment can be make by bank card or credit card.You do not need to have a PayPal account for using this payment option.
- Cash: If you are within Ottawa/Hull area, you can pay in person. If you are in Toronto or Montreal, you can pay to our partners in these two cities in person. For other cities, this option is currently not available.
- Email: If you have a Scotia Bank or Royal Bank account, you can transfer money to us by email. Please note that we don't need your account number and will not ask for your account number. Please contact us for details. A small amount transfer fee might be applicable upon bank policies, usually about $3.5. Please check with your bank for details.
- Money order: please contact us for detailed address info.
- Personal Cheque: Available for returning customers only.
Shipping service available for prepaid purchases
If you require a shipping service and you plan to pay by PayPal, please add the corresponding shipping service to your PayPal shopping cart. Our shipping policies are as following:- Free shipping within Ottawa/Hull area.
- Free shipping for orders with subtotal more than $50CAD within North America area.
- $3 CAD for orders with subtotal less than $50CAD within North America area.
- For shipping to other areas, please contact us for a quote.
- Products will be shipped out within 48 hours of receiving payments.
